Jörg Hermsen was appointed Wittfeld's technical director (spokesman) in 2007 after working as a civil engineer and department head since 1986. The qualified engineer has also managed the business of Eiffage Rail NL der Eiffage Infra-Bau SE, an affiliated rail construction company, since 2011.

Manfred Inden took on the commercial management of Wittfeld in March 2014. Previously, Mr. Inden held various commercial management positions in various construction companies.
